PHONE CALL

We will make a 20-minute phone call to see if we can achieve your expectations and requirements. At this time, we can see if we are a good fit together. If yes, we will do a site-meeting in person.

ON-SITE MEETING

This meeting is placed on the site of the project to discuss ideas, wishes, expectations, and investment comfort, where we can determine the possibility of moving to the next stage.

FINAL DECISION

This is an in-person meeting to develop a preliminary budget within 20-30% of the final amount.

Before construction, decide whether to proceed with design and planning, having 48 hours to approve or disregard the preliminary quote

Design, Layout and Selection

We will work with our designers to develop design plans within budget and requirements.

– Conduct a home inspection to identify potential obstacles.

– Prepare detailed drawings, and scope of work and obtain prices during estimating and scoping.

– Construction costs include an investment of 3% to 5% of the initial budget.

Renovation contract

We meet again in your home to review our accurate Fixed Price Quotation, Renovation Agreement, and Construction and Payment Schedules. If everything is acceptable and you are comfortable authorizing the Agreement, we will schedule the work.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

This meeting is typically 2 to 3 weeks before the start date of the project to introduce the project manager and review the scope of work and logistics. Also, to clarify details and resolve questions or concerns before we start.

In this stage, we assign project managers and supervisors to focus on work. You will have regular progress update meetings and access the project management system for any adjustments from the initial scope of work.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

A week or so before we are complete with your renovation, your project manager invites you to review the work. They walk around the renovated area with you and thoroughly review every detail. Any possible deficiencies will be noted and entered into our system for completion BEFORE the Final Walkthrough.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH

Once our work is done, the team will meet with you in your new space so we can see all the project work through your eyes and celebrate with you! This also officially marks the beginning of our warranty period and your addition to DIFORMA family.

After the project is completed you will have the warranty which is:

– Comes with a 2-year labor and materials warranty.

– Resolve warranty claims immediately.

– Provide ongoing support and treat customers as part of the future projects
